TRANSPORT INFORMATION

  • We offer free standard delivery on worldwide orders. We have our own warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, China and other places. According to the address you place your order, we will give priority to sending directly from Chinese warehouse to your order address, or use a local warehouse based on the inventory of the product. 

 Processing Time

  • Before the shipping, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order, timing depends on the actual situation(Public Holidays/Weekends excluded)
  • Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is insufficient

Shipping Time

  • You will receive your package within 5-7 business days if your order is shipped from local warehouse.
    You will receive your package within 7-14 business days if your order is shipped from China’s warehouse.
  • The choice of delivery warehouse will be determined according to our overseas storage and your delivery address.
  • Force majeure factors may lead to an extension of the delivery time, if the delivery time exceeds the expected, please contact us immediately.
  • Important, for orders within latin america you have to take into account the possible customs delay, this changes almost every week, if there is any kind of customs delay you will be informed by telephone by DHL.
  • Please note that expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  •  We will send the tracking number of parcel to your mailbox between 1 to 3 business days as soon as your order is shipped. You can also contact us anytime if you want to know where your stuff is. We will be at your service anytime.

We offer free standard shipping on orders worldwide (But if you require expedited shipping, there will be an additional expedited fee).

Please contact us, if you really need to change, we will try to help you make changes to shipments as possible.

  1. What do I need to do when I receive a product that is different from what I ordered?

  1. I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered simultaneously?

We try to ensure that all your items arrive at your hands at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together because different shipping options are available, depending on the product. Once the item has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
